Hadar Maoz 2020 Tour – RESCHEDULED

Across the world, public gatherings including performances and festivals have been cancelled to help limit the spread of the coronavirus. As members of a field focused on gathering community, we have been monitoring recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organizations as they pertain to travel and public health and safety in the United States and the home countries of our visiting artists.

After careful consideration of the upcoming April/May 2020 World Fest tour by Israeli artist Hadar Maoz and her ensemble, Arts Midwest has decided to adjust our touring plans. The tour will be moved to the fall of 2021 with dates to be determined. This difficult and disappointing decision comes after internal discussion, consultation with our World Fest partner communities, and with Hadar Maoz. Hadar’s April/May 2021 tour proceeds as planned.
